Refund policy
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC), We do
not offer a remedy of replacement for the following:
- If you changed your mind, found the product cheaper elsewhere, or decided you no longer wanted the product.
- If the issue with the product was caused by misuse on your part.
- If you were aware of the problem with the product before purchase.
- If the problem with a service was caused by actions of someone other than the business.
If the product is faulty, you are entitled to a remedy, such as a replacement (of the same product) or a refund (if the same product is unavailable).
Proof of purchase is required, and the claim must be made within 14 days of purchase.
